Apple did a great job with this one. The actors all of them are great and have such funny on screen connections.Dont listen to the rare negativity about the inaccuracies of how adoptions methods are. They took a very emotional and touching subject and made a great entertaining series of the ups and downs stresses and joys. Its entertainment and we were very entertained with laughs and my wife had some tears lol. Youll enjoy it.Only possible down side is I noticed the dates are 2020 2020. Looks like this may be it. Which would be a shame. Something this good should get more seasons.

Im loving this series as of now. Currently on episode 4. I really hope therell be season 2. Apple TV is producing great shows. My top 3 are The morning show Mythic Quest Trying.Keep up the good work

Really enjoyed this show. You invest in Jason and Nikki from the off. Funny and heartwarming. Dont usually binge watch but was hooked from episode one. Great acting all round well cast and wonderfully shot. Cant wait for series two

A really well produced programme typically British heart warming and plenty of dry humour. I hope a second series gets commissioned as theres plenty of mileage left in the story.

Couldnt score it less than 10 because its just a perfect show. Every episode an absolute joy with stellar performances from Staunton Spall and notably Esther Smith. I forget shes an actress and not a fly on the wall of a real person. Thank god theres a series 3 because Id be gutted watching series 2 knowing its the end. Roll on 3 and 4 and 5.

This series is so funny I love the typical British humour and comedy and its show just how chaotic life can be when trying at adopt.

This show gets me EVERY single time. It makes me laugh and its makes me cry. Its real life stuff too. The families and friends go through things people go through daily on a daily basis all around the globe. In times like these when so much media is saturated with sex and cussing this is a breath of fresh air. I keep wondering how theyll outdo themselves but yet again theyve done it. Season 3 is off to an amazing start

So real and funny. Brought my wife and I closer together. This show alone makes Apple TV worth it. Start the trail just for this show. The acting was great and believable. The writing was great and funny.

I loved this so much. Its my kind of show anyway but having been through the adoption process I enjoyed it even more as it was fairly accurate. They two leads RafeEsther are so amazingly sensitive and empathetic.Its funny its emotional its definitely worth a second watch x

Honestly apple just recommended it and i was looking for a new show. this is fantastic. i binged the entire first season on only a few hours. was so disappointed when i was out of new episodes

This simply makes me happy beyond the story line or acting you get to see London before the lockdown when it was all normal to eat and drink outside mix with people share hugs and kisses stroll along the riverside... Brings joy to stay in nights

Im reluctant to bash this show because you can see so much effort has been put into it. It looks great the lead actress has a nice wardrobe of suitably wacky clothes and the London locations made me nostalgic for the time I lived there. The main problem is that the two leads have no chemistry AT ALL and their dynamic is just plain annoying. She comes across as more than a bit nuts and he acts like he could almost be her father. The 1010 reviews on here must be fakeHaving said that its a great show to watch while cooking dinner or doing pretty much anything else. And we all need a show or two like that during these COVID times.

What a beautifully entertaining series with brilliant performances throughout especially from the two main characters played by the wonderful Rafe Spall and the delightful Esther Smith. A script laden with superb lines and a great soundtrack heavily influenced by Guy Garvey made it even more enjoyable and I look forward eagerly to series 2 being released. The final episode had me in bits and I am a 60 year old man so thanks for thatRafe Esther and all the other guys you did a great job

Its a very light comedy about an important issue. The characters are good the storyline is pretty predictable but still fun. I really enjoyed it.
